Ventura County Real Estate

Ventura County is a highly regarded county to be found in the Pacific Coast and frequently referred as the Gold Coast. Situated in the southern part of the U.S. state of California, this is the sixth wealthiest county in California and categorized as one of the 100 highest-income counties in the country. This is in part of the Tech Coast Area, it has a huge number of technologies, and particularly biotech, healthcare, development, and telecommunications companies and corporations. A majority of the area is situated in the Conejo Valley. Ventura County has an estimated population of 813,052. The largest city is Oxnard and has a population of 200,000.

East County and West County are the two main parts of Ventura County. The East County is situated at the end of the Santa Monica Mountains where you can find the Conejo Valley. Lake Sherwood, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Hidden Valley, and Oak Park are the main communities of Conejo Valley, recognized as one of the wealthiest areas in the United States. “The Grade” is famously known locally where there is significant decrease in elevation leading from the East County to the West County. The West County is situated on the coastline of the Channel Islands Harbor, home of the largest beach communities and progressive cities. Oxnard, Camarillo, Point Mugu, Somis, Port Hueneme, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Ventura, and Ojai are the cities of the West Ventura County.

The Conejo Valley is a very fascinating place to dwell. Before it had a reasonably low-cost real state, but because of the rapid growth of the real estate prices, this has changed. Conejo Valley’s median home prices range from $700,000 to $2.2 million and for the last 10 years, real state business in Newbury Park has increased up to 250%. This is what makes the Conejo Valley as one of the richest areas in the country.
