- Interview agents and choose your Listing Agent
- Conduct comparative market analysis to establish a fair market value of your home
- Determine improvements or repairs to maximize your home’s value
- Complete the listing agreement with your Agent
- Begin to Market and Prep your home
- Clean, Stage, Organize, Create Curb Appeal
- Your Agent will enter listing information into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
- Place a For Sale sign on your property
- Show your home and MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION
- Schedule and hold open houses
- Receive, review, and discuss all offers
- Accept an Offer and Open Escrow
- Order Title Report for Buyer
- Deliver Seller Disclosures
- Coordinate Your Schedule with Buyer’s Home Inspection
- Ask Buyer to Release Contingencies
- Coordinate with Buyer the Appraiser’s Appointment
- Coordinate with Buyer the Final Walk Through Inspection
- Loan Approval and Loan to fund escrow
- Monies will be distributed to appropriate parties
- The deed will be recorded at the county clerk’s office and be sent to Buyer (It transfers title)
- Close Escrow
- Move Out
